Memoirs — Product Design & Design System
Mid-project takeover as sole Product Designer on Memoirs — an AI-powered autobiographical book platform. In charge of the app design, core user flows, and design system.
Memoirs guides users through writing their life story via ~70 guided questions, then uses an AI biographer to compose the narrative — printed and delivered as a physical book. I joined mid-project to replace the existing designer and took full ownership of the product design. My scope covered the main writing parcours, the anecdotes feature (collaborative contributions from friends and family), the audio parcours (voice recording + AI voice reconstruction), user stories, user flows, and the design system used across the app.

Restructured the product design to support three major features: the core writing experience, the anecdotes module, and the audio parcours. Delivered clean user flows, detailed specs, and a design system that gave the dev team a solid handoff baseline. The platform currently serves users across FR, EN markets.
